Agreement and Acknowledgment

  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins are not honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Authentication includes name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay may cancel the booking without penalty.

Property Access and Parking

  • Private, covered garage for one vehicle.
  • Driveway parking for up to four vehicles.
  • Free street parking is available.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age for booking guest: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events, parties, or weddings allowed.
  • Maximum number of guests: 10.
  • No pets allowed (maximum pets allowed: 0).
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

Fees and Payments

  • Optional pool heat: $75/night; only available for the full duration of stay. Requires at least 5 days' notice from check-in to add this amenity. Pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures are cooler.
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: Please inquire for information on baby equipment rental. These are add-ons and not included in your reservation.
